International Women’s Day lands on March 8th this year and is a day dedicated to honoring women all around the world. Every woman is a hero that deserves to be celebrated. Sadly, there are over 5,000 women who had their freedom taken from them and are unlawfully jailed in Turkish prisons. 

The First Bricks family would like to honor and celebrate these women for International Women’s Day, we are raising money to send care packages to 1,000 women who have fled Turkey to seek refuge in Greece. These care packages will include heartfelt sentiments including chocolates, roses, perfume, and fragranced soap.
